Your membership subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless you choose to cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, please notify us in writing at least 10 days before your next billing cycle or within 10 days of your most recent subscription billing date. Cancellation requests received after this time will not be processed and applied until the following billing cycle. Please be advised that memberships with our organization are invoiced and billed on an annual basis. This means that payment is due for the full year upfront and that cancellation requests do not apply retroactively or on a prorated basis. If you have chosen the convenience billing option and are paying monthly, we reserve the right to bill the remaining annual amount immediately upon cancelation if canceled within an active 12-month period. While we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund, we generally adhere to our refund policy.
