RefundsPolicy: If you wish to cancel your membership and associated membership products and receive a refund, you must do so within the first 10 business days of your new membership or 10 business days of your last subscription renewal. Refunds requested after 10 business days will not be processed.
Memberships & Membership Products include but are not limited to the Little Black Book Membership Program, Vendor Profile Program, Additional Locations, Additional Galleries, and Destination Listings.
If you have been a member for more than 10 days, you can cancel your next recurring charge, but we will not issue a refund for the current membership period.
All membership subscriptions are billed based on an annual membership period you agree to on membership subscription creation and sign-up, whether paying annually or monthly.
Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all the features and benefits of the StyleMePretty Little Black Book Membership & Profile Membership program.
Non-transferability: The StyleMePretty Little Black Book Membership & Profile Membership program is non-transferable. Membership benefits and features are only available to the membership subscription holder and cannot be transferred to any other member.
Modifications to the refund policy: We reserve the right to modify or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to members via email or our website.
No guarantee of results: While we strive to provide high-quality services and benefits to our members, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on the perceived effectiveness or results of the program.
Misuse or violation of terms: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a member's subscription and account for any violation of our terms of service or misuse of the program. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Refund processing time: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
