The Blair Skirt has gathering at the natural waist, a one-inch satin waistband, and is floor length. This garment has five top layers made from 100% silk tulle, ten under layers of 100% polyester tulle for volume, and is lined in 100% silk. The skirt has an invisible zipper at the back as a closure.
