Third Place is a unique, open concept venue that is the perfect mix of airy, romantic, industrial and modern. With warm hospitality from our dedicated events team, we feature a unique in-house menu, or your choice of our incredible list of preferred caterers.
Facilities & Capacities
Third Place features 3000 square footage of flexible event space designed to accommodate all kinds of wedding-related events, including showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. A two bedroom Airbnb is available to provide to-be-weds and their wedding party with a comfortable spot to prepare before the event begins. Our max capacity is 130 guests cocktail style and 80 seated.
Services Offered
Third Place boasts a dedicated events staff that understands that getting married is a momentous occasion. We work carefully with each couple to craft a day that reflects their style and tastes and flows as smoothly as possible. To help keep couples’ stress levels to a minimum, our team offers assistance with event planning, audiovisual needs, setup, and cleanup. We allow to-be-weds to use outside vendors for further customization of their special day.
Cuisine
Both our in-house caterer and preferred catering partners offer an array of options. Catering services such as buffet, cocktail receptions, family-style service, hors d’oeuvres, plated service, stations, and others are all available. In addition, you may opt for either a cash or an open bar for your event, depending on what best suits your celebration’s needs. Third Place also has an extensive array of bar services:
