Deb (Intrust Events) was the Day-Of wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding. We felt an immediate release of stress and worry once we hired her. She was able to coordinate far more than just the day of the wedding. Deb helped us build the timeline for the day, coordinated the set up for our various vendors (flowers, DJ, cake and photographer), and seamlessly addressed several last minute hiccups on the day of the wedding. When we arrived at the venue, she took over making sure any last-minute payments were made, guests were taken care of, and that the bride and groom were in the right place at the right time for all of the big events. Had we known then what we know now, we would have hired her to help plan the entire wedding, not just the day of. Deb was exceptionally professional, responsive and flexible.
