I highly recommend The Historic Walton House as a wedding venue. My daughter recently got married there and I can’t say enough about this amazing magical place. The venue is breathtaking. The pool, the house, the barn, the monkeys, birds, turtles, I could go on and on. The lighting at night was magnificent. Frank and his staff were very easy to work with. From the time we signed the contract to the day after the wedding. He was there to answer all our questions and let us walk around the venue several times to measure and plan the layout. The most unique and immersive wedding venue you will find in south Florida! My partner and I toured 20+ venues from West Palm to Homestead but always came back to Walton House... It is truly a magical jungle oasis with so many fun animals and spaces to play with. Because the venue was so large and we were able to use the entire space, we were able to create the most unique wedding imaginable. We had guests raving about the venue, their interactions with all of the different animals, and the overall vibe of Walton House. The day was truly magical and I cannot put into words how much the venue played apart in the magic. We had three peacocks fly onto the roof to watch our ceremony, which was so special and our guests loved! Talk about magic. If you book this venue, do know that it requires a lot of outside vendor coordination but Frank provides a list of vendors and they were all great to work with/knew the property well.
