Granada House is a private event space in the heart of North Park, San Diego. It is perfect for curated gatherings up to 60 guests including but not limited to: engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal events, ceremony, reception, and after parties. The main space is open and airy with tall ceilings, lots of natural light and unique artistic decor. Furnishings can be customized per event and beyond what comes with the standard space rental we also have additional rentals that can be added on. One special add on feature that is not publicized is our 'secret' speakeasy bar that is sure to WOW your guests.
Conveniently located next to the North Park Mini Park, just off the main artery of University Avenue, Granada House is ideally located for you next event. One block from the event space is a parking garage so that your guests can avoid dealing with parking in the busy neighborhood. Immediately in front of space is a designated commercial loading zone so you can set up your event hassle free and also have the option for food trucks and other similar vendors to pull up right out front for your event.
Granada House allows the option to book a flat venue rental fee or we can curate the whole event for you from top to bottom: design, rentals, local food and drink vendors. The sky is the limit for what can be created here!
