Events with Ambiance

Amber at Events with Ambiance was our wedding coordinator and I can’t say enough great things about working with her! From the first time I reached out to inquire, she was extremely responsive and communicative, which put us at ease during a process that can sometimes feel stressful. Amber always brought positive energy and it was clear she has a lot of experience and knew what she was doing. To start, Amber’s planning portal was extremely detailed and helpful for us, who had no idea where to start planning our wedding. It included spreadsheets for things like our guest list, planning checklist, vendor contact list, etc. It helped us think about things we didn’t even have on our radar. Amber’s vendor suggestions were all excellent, which was extremely helpful because we were overwhelmed by all the choices when just googling vendors in our area. When we got closer to the wedding, she started attending some of our vendor meetings with us, asking questions to ensure we had everything cove

Amber was very attentive and showed care in the way she approached helping us prepare for our wedding. While we only utilized her as a wedding coordinator, she was willing to work with us beyond her role and responsibilities. She was also willing to provide resources and make suggestions that helped us secure our vendors and also close the gap on understanding how to navigate our special day. There were challenges with our specific situation because we were a long distance couple and could not readily be as attentive to certain aspects of our wedding but Amber helped mitigate some of the stresses of that. Overall, we would recommend her and her team's services.

We can't say enough about Events with Ambiance. Because of Amber, we had the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the planning process were successful. We had to postpone our wedding for almost two years, and she was STILL willing and ready—complete understanding and patience.

As first-time planners, we were over our heads with where to start. Amber broke everything down and gave us a guided timeline to tackle everything! We never felt in the dark about anything; her communication was stellar, keeping us updated and checking in on us.

Even when our photographer canceled on us two days before the wedding, Amber quickly troubleshot. The whole team was supportive, not just us but our wedding party and family. The wedding day was fantastic because she poured her heart into every detail.
