The Italian Wedding Agency work is all about creating magical atmospheres that couples can enjoy to the fullest, constantly going above and beyond to make every dream come true. We love to work closely with the clients to support them and guide them in weaving their passions, stories, and values into their celebrations - and, together, bring to life something truly unique and meaningful.
Our aim is for our couples to feel supported, inspired and happy throughout the planning process so that they can enjoy every moment. We take care of all the little details around logistics, supply team communications, contracts and paperwork, scheduling and everything in between, leaving you free to focus on the fun stuff.
We are based in Napoli, close to beautiful Amalfi Coast in Italy and we have an extensive and trusted network, and only seek out the very best suppliers to work with. Blending our skills with your vision will be a match made in heaven.

Ester & her team were phenomenal from start to finish! We live in Nashville and dreamed of having an intimate wedding weekend with our closest friends & family. Ester made that dream come true for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Her team helped us plan our wedding in Sorrento in 2022 and we are still on a high from the magic they created. They did it all - from introducing us to the most beautiful venue (that we never would have found ourselves or imagined that we could afford), to creating a gorgeous vision of what our day would look like, to recommending and managing a group of vendors that more than exceeded our expectations. Ester’s team helped us plan a rehearsal dinner unlike any other, a fun welcome pool party, and of course our big day. They were kind, patient, and proactive every step of the way.
