This unique fascinator is completely handmade. The silk flower is made out of hand shaped silk dupion fabric. A pearls and rhinestone design covers the fascinator, and is finished with some silk chiffon petals. The turqouise base is finished with light grey ribbons on the side to attach the piece in the hair.
