This Paris Wedding Will Make You Believe in Love at First Sight

Your first time in Paris is something you’ll never forget, and for Annie and Robin, they’ll remember more than just the city’s magic — they’ll remember their wedding day. After all, what could be better than seeing the world’s most romantic city than seeing the world’s most romantic city on the most romantic day of your life. And thanks to Le Secret d’Audrey and MgImage, we can see it all too in The Vault!

From Le Secret d’AudreyAnnie and Robin contacted me as soon as they got engaged as Annie dreamed of Paris for her wedding. She never visited Europe so it was a full adventure! We were lucky to have the sunniest day for us and after the ceremony I took the couple in my favorite locations in Paris for some timeless couple photos.

Her dress was stunning and Annie was the most elegant bride. With the beautiful architecture of the ShangriLa hotel we sneaked into the lobby before the ceremony and shot some Classic photo of her. She was all smile and excited to meet Robin to start a new Chapter of their life.

For months we were exchanging about her wedding, I gave her all my inputs about Paris, my recommendations and preferred vendors so it is always emotional even for me to see the day unfolding like you imagined.

From The Bride…We met at our previous job a little more than 6 years ago. We were working in different departments and by chance he had a project that required him to work in my area. We then realized we lived 20 minutes away from each other so we started carpooling to work together. We started off as friends for a while, then I noticed he started acting unusual and different around me. I just wanted to be friends at first but he was very persistent. He would do something sweet for me every single day. Even when I initially turned him down, he was persistent for almost a full year! He is super funny with an incredible sense of humor. He is very witty and super smart. We started sharing stories about our childhood/upbringing and we realized we had a lot in common. I soon realized that he is a sweet, caring, generous and loving person and I found myself falling for him too.

We decided to get married in Paris because we both think it is the most romantic city in the world. Everything about Paris is romantic! The language, the art, the architecture… breathtaking! So that’s why we chose Paris because we thought it would be a great place to get married and a wonderful back drop for photos. To be honest, when we were indecisive about the location, seeing Audrey’s photography really inspired me and helped us finalize the decision.

My dress is designed by Hayley Paige and I loved the playful yet romantic soft layers created by the horsehair tulle on the dress.

My bouquet was inspired by multiple photos on Pinterest. I didn’t want cliche red roses. Since my wedding is during spring time, I wanted soft spring colors!

April Showers Bring (Parisian) May Flowers

Even on the wettest gray day, Paris still manages to take our breath away. Take this elegant inspiration captured by Lara Lam Photography as proof. Drenched in elegance and irresistible Seniman Calligraphy, we’ve got every minute of magic waiting for you in The Vault!

From Luxe Paris EventsWe all know what they say about Spring time in Paris…What few know is how unpredictable the weather can be. Maybe it is bright and sunny or perhaps grey and gloomy but Paris is in fact always a good idea. When planning a Paris wedding or elopement in the early months of spring make sure you bring along an umbrella. While its practical it also provides a chic vintage inspired accessory that you might just actually need. This shoot was all about sharing the experience of an elopement in Paris with your “better half;” from getting ready through the photo tour after your ceremony and taking a stroll through the city while dressed to your wedding day “nines.” No first looks, no planned photos just capturing your love but with the unmistakable style that is the city of love behind it all. This city is an explosion of history, beauty and above all else details…a simple lamp post, an old cathedral or a sculpture where you least expect it.

This Inspiration Shoot Proves Paris is Always a Good Idea — Even in the Winter

As far as I’m concerned, winter is the worst. But through the lens of Catherine O’Hara and with a little help from my soulmate city, Paris, this inspiration session is making winter seem not only bearable, but also completely beautiful. Thanks to two gorgeous wedding dresses, stunning florals and details designed by Jennifer Fox Weddings, The Vault is full of everything you need to make your day a little prettier!

From Jennifer Fox WeddingsThe Paris sky in winter has a romantic soft grey hue. Set against the dusty blue rooftops and ivory building façades, this hue adds to the natural beauty and sophistication that comes with having a winter wedding in Paris.

This was the inspiration. To bring out the beauty of an intimate Paris winter elopement through warm candlelight, elegant florals and sophisticated design. To get a glimpse of a couple enjoying a romantic stroll in a jardin or locked in a private embrace in a cozy Haussmannian apartment. We chose to incorporate shades of Paris in winter; soft grey, dusty blue, pale ivory and blush pink.

The delicate lace wedding invitation suite provided by Ever After Press perfectly embraced the theme of the shoot. “Je t’aime, je t’adore, j’aime que la vie est belle, ton coeur est a moi, mon coeur est a toi” meaning “I love you, I adore you, I love that life is beautiful, your heart is mine, my heart is yours”.

The gorgeous wedding cake by the one and only Bertie’s CupCakery captured essence of a winter wedding in Paris. The incorporation of the lace detailing on the cake to the invitation suite is in a word exquisite. It truly was the star of the show.

For the table décor, hard marble plates were mixed with warm rose gold flatware and pale pink silk ribbon to add dimension to the design; a combination of hard and soft materials, cool and warm tones. The etched design swirl in the wine and champagne glasses adds a bit of whimsy to remind us that we are grabbing inspiration from the cool winter wind.

Let’s talk about the breathtaking blush wedding gowns from Zahavit Tshuba. Billowing trains of tulle, soft beading detail, jaw dropping pearl detail on the back of one of the dresses… need I go on? They were the perfect combination of sensual romance meets classical sophistication. Romantic, refined hair styling and soft, natural make up by Onorina Jomir Beauty highlighted the grace in the inspiration.

The elegant floral design by Floraison made this shoot come to life. Loose florals of ranunculus, poppy, eucalyptus and jasmine creeping softly down the side of the fireplace with soft candle light beside creates a lovely wedding ceremony backdrop and is enough to make you melt. The bouquets of ranunculus, poppy, eucalyptus, jasmine and Christmas roses wrapped in flowing silk ribbons were absolutely swoon worthy.

All of this was beautifully captured by Catherine O’Hara Photography, who’s soft romantic style lent itself perfectly to this Paris Winter Shoot.

You’ll Never Believe What This Bride-To-Be Wore for Her E-Sesh

When an engagement session contains not one, but TWO custom made couture gowns you know you’re in for a real treat. Add in the cinematic beauty that is Paris and you’ve got yourself a gallery that could easily pass as Hollywood’s latest feature. With the ever-so-talented Le Secret d’Audrey snapping every second and sweet kiss, we’ve this pretty lil’ pair waiting for you in The Vault!

From Le Secret d’Audrey… Evelyn and Windy fell in Love with France and decided to celebrate their engagement with a photo shoot in the streets of Paris. Evelyn pictured herself strolling through the city with the most amazing gowns made custom for her. She opted for iconic designs to fit the timeless feel of the city. The cape on her gown was so perfect for Paris. We went through the Louvre and she looked as statuesque as the art around us. We ended up the day in a local cafe for a well deserved break. There is no better way to cuddle with your husband to be that at a French cafe when the sky is gray and all you want is drink hot chocolate and enjoy the show of the street.

This Flower-Filled Paris Wedding is an Absolute Fairytale

If this isn’t a fairytale wedding, I don’t know what is. First of all, it takes place at the Four Seasons Paris. Secondly, the Bride wore not one, but two of the most stunning wedding dresses from Galia Lahav and Reem Acra. Then there’s the ceremony flowers from Cristian Collin Esprit Fleurs and the reception flowers from Jeff Leatham and are they ever OMG-worthy. As if that all weren’t incredible enough, Le Secret D’Audrey was on-hand to capture every magical detail. Head to The Vault to fall in love with it all!

From Le Secret D’Audrey… Jeff and Sherry met in Paris so it was meant to be to get married in Paris this last fall in front of their friends and family. To be their photographers in Paris was a dream: each detail was perfectly at their image.

Their floral designers turned their ceremony and reception into a magical day to remember. Thanks to their planner Quintessentially Weddings, the 3 day event was an amazing experience for their guests.

From The Bride… Jeff and I met in Paris 2011 at a business convention. I still remember the day when we walked along Champs Elysees, taking in the scenery, shopping, chatting over a coffee. This is when we got to know each other and when our relationship grew. After his marriage proposal when it came time to decide the venue for our wedding, there was never a moment of doubt that we would choose Paris.

Our greatest moment was when we finally saw each other when I was walking down the aisle during the ceremony. I was holding my father’s arm, walking in, and Jeff was waiting at the end of the aisle. Two people from different cultural backgrounds, Jeff being from the States and myself being from Hong Kong, the moment and the feelings were indescribable.

For future brides, my advice would be to stop stressing about the details on the day of your wedding! Live in the moment and enjoy every second of your wedding. By the time you realize, the wedding will be a memory that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Lastly I would like to give a special thanks to Quintessentially Weddings for arranging everything perfectly, Audrey and Anthony for taking beautiful photos for us and Jeff Leatham and Cristian Collin Esprit Fleurs for the beautiful floral arrangements throughout our venues.

Fashion Forward Bride Says “I Do” in a Truly French Style

You know Greg Finck as the French photographer behind some of our favorite weddings on SMP, and today he’s taking us to the gardens of the Rodin Museum for a day that’s every fashion lover’s dream. It’s a destination wedding featuring an Iowa couple (shout out to my home state!) who brought their style A-game to the streets of Paris with a celebration their guests will never forget. Madame Artisan Fleuriste designed the floral pretties, and you can pin each bouquet, dress and city shot inside The Vault.

From Greg Finck… Shannon and Garrett are both from Iowa and had decided to tie the knot in the City of love. Being a photographer, photography was really important to Shannon and she first contacted me more than a year ago explaining that she wanted to get married in the gardens of the Rodin Museum in Paris. I was immediately seduced by the project as this place is so full of history and magic. This place, tribute to the famous sculptor, is usually used for fashion shows and it was a dream for me to shoot a wedding there.

Shannon and Garrett hired Fete in France for the design and planning, as these girls definitely are the best out there for beautiful weddings in Paris. An elegant ceremony setup took place in the gardens including floral arrangements designed by Madame Artisan Fleuriste, and a few chairs for the 25 guests, including the couple’s close family and friends.

After exchanging vows, it was the time of a photoshoot in the city’s most scenic locations, including a stunning view on the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and the Alexander III Bridge. Our driver took us to Bagatelle Gardens for a garden cocktail hour and an indoor reception for the perfect night.

What a beautiful Parisian day spent with this lovely American couple!

What Happens When You Fall In Love With Your Best Friend?

Why, you plan an inspiration shoot in Paris of course! With Anouschka Rokebrand behind the lens this darling duo proves that love is in the details (like this sweet lil’ posy). Because even on a foggy morning in the city of lights, the wonderment that is Paris never disappoints. So let’s stroll along with Danitcha and Maxime as they roam the quiet morning streets of Monmartre hand in hand, see it all in The Vault!

From Anouschka RokebrandLast month I traveled to Paris to do some lovely shoots, one of which being this love shoot with Danitcha and Maxime in Monmartre around the Sacre Coeur. Dutch Danitcha met Canadian Maxime in Australia (how international can it get, right?) when Dani was working there after her studies and Maxime had joined his brother there and was finishing up his studies. The connected and became great friends. When Dani wanted to do a bit more traveling after her Australia adventures she traveled to Canada and her and Maxime traveled around Canada together.

After a few months of traveling and having a lot of fun, it was time for Dani to head back home to The Netherlands and they realized they were clearly more than just good friends by now! So Maxime joined her in The Netherlands and they are still going strong! They had never done a professional photoshoot together and how romantic is it to do a shoot in Paris?
Even on a foggy morning Paris does not disappoint and we created a gorgeous shoot together.

For Dani’s outfit we opted for a Carrie Bradshaw type look with a tulle skirt from BHLDN, tanktop and gorgeous handmade lace cover up from one of my favorites, SIBO Designs. SIBO provided the gorgeous headpiece as well. We also brought along a gorgeous hatbox from Trousseau & Co. For Max we went with a classic dark navy suit that gave a wonderful contrast to Dani’s white and blush outfit.

We roamed the streets around the Sacre Coeur and found lovely spots for photos, including a lovely little terrace where we stopped for some hot tea.
Paris is and always will be, a good idea!

Elegant Four Seasons Wedding in Paris

What could be better than a wedding in Paris? How about an elopement in Paris with just you, your one and only, and a few cherry blossom trees for good measure. If that sounds like your coupe of champagne then get scrolling because we’re serving up that and more thanks to the ever-so-talented Kristin Sweeting. It’s a celebration that’s as French as it is fabulous and we’ve got it all waiting in The Vault!

From Kristin SweetingWhen Laura and Brian started planning their wedding, they knew they wanted to make it an extra special experience for their friends and family. Laura had studied in Paris, so their love of the city, French style, and French food made Paris the perfect place for their destination wedding. Their weekend was full of special moments, like the double decker bus tour that they took their guests on before the rehearsal dinner and the song that Laura’s brother sang to the newlyweds at their reception. Laura incorporated beautiful details in to the day, like the custom stitched message inside Brian’s jacket and her wedding dress, which was hand painted by friend and artist Mallory Page. They made their wedding weekend a wonderful experience for their guests and family and it was clear how excited everyone was to be there to celebrate with this wonderful couple!

French Greenhouse Engagement

When Jen Huang and Ginny Au join forces, magic enviably happens. The kind of magic that sits with you for days, and leaves your heart in a happier place. And this stunning, light-filled engagement session at a dreamy french chateau is the perfect example of that kind of beauty coming to life on screen. So make sure to take some time to spend some time in this gallery of images, every moment will be worth it.

From Jen HuangFor this engagement shoot outside beautiful Paris, the bride paired a loose, burnt orange tee-shirt dress with the groom’s clean, navy suit. Even a simple dress like this exuded elegance and romance, especially with a tailored suit. The dilapidated greenhouse, which was already on site at the Chateau was the perfect place to climb and explore.

Classic + Romantic Paris Elopement

As Audrey Hepburn famously said, “Paris is always a good idea,” (especially for a romantic elopement). With a Bride and Groom as gorgeous as the city itself, a stunning Karen Willis Holmes wedding dress, a classic tuxedo, a DIY bouquet and the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop, this duo began their happily ever after in the chicest style. See all the pretty from French Grey Photography in The Vault!

From The Bride…After my fiance and I were engaged, we started talking about the kind of wedding that we would like to have. When we agreed to spend the rest of our lives together, we promised each other that we would embrace adventure, cultivate romance, and put our relationship/marriage first even if that meant taking an unconventional route at times. We desired a wedding that would personal, intimate, meaningful, and, honestly, not so stressful/caught up in the details that we missed the real meaning of the day. Having a small, intimate ceremony in Paris – the city of love – simply made sense. We’re pretty sure that left a part of our hearts in that city and we look forward to returning many times…someday with our children :)

I gravitate to the timeless and classy. When my now-husband went shopping for his tux, he asked me if I had any tips/requests. I said that if it looked like something Cary Grant would wear, I would approve. In the end, I think he looked more like James Bond in a tux and I wasn’t at all disappointed ;-) For my dress, I was looking for a timeless, classy piece that was both simple and glamorous. I kind of have a test for the “classy/timeless” – if the dress looks like something Grace Kelly could have worn and I could conceivably wear it again in 20 years, it’s golden. Indeed, the Anya definitely passed that test.

In addition to the classy/timeless/glamorous inspiration, I wanted the wedding to have important personal touches. This is why I opted to arrange my own bouquet (details below) rather than paying for one to be made. Wanting personal touches was also reflected in my choice of earrings, the only jewelry I wore. We also wrote our vows on hotel stationary the night before the wedding – I’m actually working now to find the perfect frame so that we can hang them in our bedroom.

My dress was by Karen Willis Holmes. I absolutely adore the designer! I bought the dress at the KWH bouquet in NYC and the staff were just as lovely as the dress. I had never worn a sequin or anything sparkly in my life, but I just fell in love with the elegance & timeless simplicity of the gown. My goal is to be able to wear it again in 20 years when we renew our vows :) In Paris, of course :) We’ll look you up!

My shoes were Steve Madden and I am happy to report that they have survived 6+ months without being eaten/torn apart by our dear 1 year old golden retriever, Charli :)

I opted to keep my jewelry simple & sentimental. I’m a “less is more” kind of girl, so I thought that the dress had enough sparkle on its own. As a result, I only wore earrings – no necklace or bracelet. The earrings were a gift from my darling sister – another reason why I chose to wear them. I’m all about the meaningful little details :)

I adore flowers – I always try to have fresh flowers in our home. So I was excited to be in a city like Paris that celebrates & appreciates beautiful fresh flowers. I had planned to go to little flower market to pick out flowers to arrange, but I admit that the streets of Paris drew me in on that first day and I completely lost track of time. It was after 10PM on the night before our wedding that I realized that I had forgotten to pick up flowers. My wonderful friend, Rebekah, tracked down a 24 hour flower shop and offered to pick up some flowers for me to arrange. Only in Paris would there be a flowers shop open 24 hours a day! I arranged the bouquet moments before we said I do. I absolutely adored it – simple, natural, classic. Peonies & lavender will always remind of that beautiful day in Paris.

Luxurious Parisian Wedding Inspiration

I struggled to narrow down the adjectives to describe this shoot; it’s glam, yet elegant, ethereal yet simply romantic and inviting. Either way, it’s what we call a winner. Captured at The Belle Arte Workshop hosted by event planner Cynthia Martyn Events in Paris by Katie Stoops,  these pics have us wishing upon our lucky stars for an invite (from Seniman Calligraphy, The Wise Creative or Written Word Calligraphy perhaps?) to a French fete as fabulous as this. Just a little forewarning though: the rest of your Friday will be spent in our Vault right here.

From Katie Stoops Photography… This is a styled shoot that came out of The Belle Arte Workshop. The Belle Arte Workshop is a luxury immersive educational retreat for professional wedding planners, stylists, photographers and related creatives. Timeless Late Summer Engagement Session in Paris

Guillermina and Ben’s e-sesh is essentially what our daydreams are made of. A french inspired scene complete with a pretty pink gown and stellar views, it’s surely to be your new favorite too. French Grey Photography captured these sweethearts to share and we’ve got it all in THE VAULT!

From the Bride-to-be… Ben and I met in 2007 while we were both studying abroad on Semester at Sea, a three month long program where we circumnavigated the globe. Once back in the U.S., Ben went to California and I returned to Miami. We dated long distance for two and a half years, then Ben moved to Miami. Fast forwarding to Christmas 2014, Ben surprised me with a ski vacation in Aspen. As you can guess, he proposed in Aspen, while we were having wine and hanging out by the fireplace. It was very intimate and I was caught completely off guard. We only called our parents that night, and we savored the moment by getting dressed up and going out to a romantic dinner to celebrate.

I was having a hard time finding a wedding venue that really excited me. I knew I preferred a destination wedding, but nothing seemed perfect until I came across a French chateau wedding. From then on, wedding planning became more fun than stressful, so I knew this was what I wanted my wedding to mimic. I looked at various places in the U.S. that had the same style, but it wasn’t the same. We finally decided to go for the real thing, and we booked flights to Paris to check out the venue I had fallen in love with.
While researching French wedding everything, I came across some of the most beautiful engagement pictures I had ever seen, by French Grey Photography. I fell in love with the lighting and the elegance of Brian’s photography. Ben and I booked a session, happy to know that even if we didn’t have our wedding in France, we’d have great pictures and memories of our time in Paris. We were both surprised as to how much fun the shoot was, and are in love with the pictures.

Elegant Paris Elopement

I love love loved my wedding, but if we were able to do another one? We’d jet off to somewhere fabulous and do something like these two here. Thanks to Celebrant in Paris, they said their vows before just one another and then took a walking tour of Paris with Le Secret D’Audrey capturing every romantic moment. How can you not absolutely love them? Get inspired in our VAULT right this way!

From Le Secret D’Audrey… Ella and Jordan chose Paris to say “I do” on the Bridge Alexandre III overlooking the Eiffel Tower. What a lovely day it was. They got ready together in a picturesque French apartment, shared a macaron cake and wandered the streets of Paris for couple photos in the City of Love.

From the Bride and Groom… Although we went to different universities, we both grew up in the Bay Area. We were fortunately brought together by mutual friends. We have been to 15+ weddings in the last two years and have had enough of traditional ceremonies and banquets. When Ella came across Audrey’s photos, she fell in love with her work. She pointed to one of her pictures, that this is exactly what she wanted; an elopement for us. Planning the elopement was stressful finding vendors in another country initially, but with the help of internet, we were able to find all the makeup, hair, and cinematographers that fit our elopement imagination.

Bridal Designer Sabrina Dahan’s Romantic Paris Engagement Session

This engagement session had me at hello, or should I say, bonjour. First, it takes place in Paris. Secondly, it’s the e-sesh of the crazy-talented and completely lovely Sabrina Dahan. When I met Sabrina during Bridal Week, I fell in love with her gorgeous gowns and the designer behind them, so I can say with complete certainty, that her groom is one very lucky man. And so are we, thanks to all these beautiful photos from Katie Mitchell Photography in THE VAULT!

From the beautiful and talented Bride-to-BeParis has always been a special place for me, spending my summers with family and embracing all of the culture and history. Seven years ago, I met my now fiancé in Paris while he was studying abroad and I was working a fashion internship. We fell in love in this amazing city and have gone back every year since.

This past summer, I was working on launching “Sabrina Dahan” my debut bridal collection– so Aaron and I decided to not go to Paris. But when he decided that he wanted to propose, he brought our “special” place to me. Aaron surprised me with an Eiffel Tower replica and a picnic for two. When it was time to plan our engagement photos, it only seemed fitting to go back to where we fell in love to capture photos that we will cherish for a lifetime.

We knew that we wanted images in front of the Eiffel Tower because it is so quintessential Paris and Katie Mitchell Photography grasped exactly what we wanted. I also wanted to wear something totally different– a look that was more fashion-forward, so I designed myself a lace peplum top paired with matching crepe pants. The shoot was so much fun and looking back at all of the photos, I can see and feel the love all over again.

Winter Elopement in Paris

Breathtakingly beautiful and filled with romance at every turn, Paris is made for marrying.  So take every ounce of lovely and add in a stunning duo ready to elope in the city streets and this, loves, is my happy place.  From the most brilliant bridal ensemble ever to the awe-inspiring winter’s afternoon.  See it all captured in insanely gorgeous images by Le Secret D’Audrey in THE VAULT right here.

From Le Secret D’ Audrey… Romina and Darren came from warm Australia to get married in Paris on a cold day. At first it seemed crazy to me, but when I saw the dress Romina chose I was convinced she was so right.

The city was under a thick fog, it was freezing and nobody was in the streets: all the elements to a magical day just for the two of them.

From the Bride… We met at a bar through my best friend. As I am Italian, Darren tried to impress me by speaking Italian, but I wasn’t impressed. It was months later that I decided I liked him. Darren and I have been together for 10 years and we both fell in love with Paris on our first European holiday together in 2012. We Encountered many problems when planning our wedding back home in Melbourne which is when we finally decided to do what we had deep down only dreamed of doing, eloping to Paris. We wanted a day that was entirely about us and not about the fanfare that comes with weddings these days.

Eloping to Paris was made easy by using the services of Yanique and her business. Even though we had planned our wedding in Melbourne to suit us and our personalities I wasn’t looking forward to it and always had doubts. As soon as we arrived to Paris I knew I had made the right choice to elope to my favorite city. My advice to brides is to never settle for anything less on your wedding day. It is a day about you and your husband and nothing else.

To think we said I do looking out over the Eiffel Tower and spent our wedding day walking the streets of Paris doesn’t seem real. But we did it and we have the most beautiful photos to remind us of that.

Floral Designer’s Dreamy Flower-Filled Parisian Wedding

This beautiful Bride is a floral designer, so it should come as no surprise that the flowers at her wedding were on point. Combine the gorgeous blossoms with the stunning backdrop of Paris and the one and only Le Secret D’Audrey behind the camera and you have the dreamiest destination wedding imaginable. See all the pretty (including the incredible calligraphy work of Studio French Blue) in THE VAULT!

From The Bride…I came to France to become a florist in Paris and there I met my husband. As I am now a florist specialized in weddings and workshops in Paris, it was a great experience to prepare my own wedding bouquet and flowers.

I chose my favorite old roses, anemones and mimosa leaves for my wedding bouquet and put “something blue” silk ribbon on it. This blue grey was a theme color and we prepared items like invitations, calligraphy, dragees, rubans, cakes, flowers etc. in this color.

The inspiration of “blue grey” came from our wedding venue, Hotel Shangri-la Paris, where my parents and my husband met for the first time. Paris is like a museum and has so many beautiful places. Paris gives me many inspirations and it matches well with rustic and romantic flowers. Because I’m also passionated by photography and organize photo shoots of portraits or couple photos with bouquets in lovely Parisian streets, it was my dream to have Le Secret d’Audrey as my wedding photographer because her photos of Paris are so romantic.

I love preparing wedding flowers more right now after my wedding because wedding day is a dream day which is kept in memory with images.

From The Bride…Paris is always a good idea! Vincent proposed to me a year ago in the City of Love. We have a lot of beautiful memories in Paris, so when we decided to get married we knew it has to be Paris. We wanted the wedding to be intimate, elegant and timeless. We found a beautiful Parisian apartment for getting ready and cake cutting. Our ceremony was at Chapelle Expiatoire. We had a harp for music which filled our day with a romantic ambiance. And of course, gorgeous floral decoration added a touch of romance to our wedding. What made the day special, was the attendance of both our sisters! We feel so happy to have had this very intimate day that filled with love. Every details and emotion was captured perfectly by the amazing Audrey of Le Secret d’Audrey.

Marriage Matter: 7th Anniversary in Paris

As much as we love a beautiful wedding, we love a beautiful marriage even more. And when that marriage is celebrated with a dreamy anniversary session in Paris? Well, you can count us in. Sarah Goss is to thank for the stunning captures, and you can head straight to THE VAULT for so much more.

From Sarah GossWhen fabulous fine art film photographer (and bestie) Kayla asked me to take her 7th anniversary photos of her and her husband Clint in Paris, one of her favorite cities in the world, I knew it would be magical. We also knew we would have to get up pretty darn early for that gorgeous light! Her friend, wedding dress designer Tatyana Merenyuk, had lent her a dress and it fit perfectly with the mood of the city. She loved the two piece modern flare of the dress, while also being sheer and full of movement. At 5 in the morning we travelled from our AirBnB off rue St. Fiacre to the Eiffel Tower, then the louvre gardens and the cute village like section of town, Montmarte. I highly recommend destination locations for your anniversary sessions that are unique and representative of what you love!

From The Bride…While traveling through France this summer, I asked my good friend Sarah, who with her husband was traveling with us, to take our anniversary photos one morning during our stay in Paris. We woke up super early to catch a beautiful sunrise with the Eiffel Tower. My dress designer friend, Tatyana Merenyuk let me borrow one of her beautiful two piece gowns to wear for the shoot.

Clint and I have been married for seven years and each year is better than the next. We are so blessed to be each other’s best friend and we support each other in our business and in everything we do. We have learned that putting each other first and serving each other is so important. Our faith in God is the foundation of our marriage and we couldn’t do it without Him. We are so blessed! I love these photos Sarah captured of us and our love for each in our favorite spots in Paris.
