Take one adorable duo, a fabulous team of vendors and TWO nights of non-stop celebrations and the results are, well… pretty darn ah-mazing. Think a beautiful garden oasis (night one) meets an elegant ballroom party (night two), all planned to perfection by Chere Weddings with gorgeous florals by CC Lee. From Chere Weddings…With great love for nature and tropics, the wedding ceremony venue and theme revolved largely around the greens – the couple chose to exchange their vows under a big raintree at The Rocks, Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore, which overlooks the coast of Singapore filled with golden glow from the setting sun. A casual yet classy and intimate dinner for the couple’s families & closest friends then happened under the stars. Fairy lights added a hint of dreamy effect and guests were also entertained by an acoustic duo who added the fun factor into the night.
A more formal wedding reception was held the next day at The Westin Singapore. Traditional tea ceremony was carried out with the bride donning on a traditional kua. The tables were adorned with lush greens and driftwoods, extending the similar tropical feel to the second dinner celebration. Also as architects, mini figurines were planted on the centerpieces to highlight this unique feature of the couple.
Vicky’s bespoke gowns consisted of 2 inner piece and 1 outer lace layer which changes the colour and look of the gown subtly for the 2 days of wedding.
