A Joyful, Gucci Flora-Inspired Garden Party Wedding in Charleston
Inspired by Gucci’s Flora collection, Mimi and Kevin planned a joyful garden party wedding full of bright colors and botanical prints. The pair tied the knot in a walled garden surrounded by oak trees and ivy with a curtain of pink and white blooms behind them. After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their wedding party hopped on a vintage pink bus named Lucy to take photos in a picturesque garden filled with blossoming shrubs and Spanish moss-covered trees — a perfect Charleston portrait!
Mimi dazzled in a flowy strapless gown with white petal appliques and a bouquet of pink, yellow, and blue flowers. For the later part of the evening, Mimi changed into a sleek minidress with floral details to join her guests on the dance floor — masquerade masks and all!
Kevin and his crew sported navy suits and pink ties.
Reception tables featured grey linens, eggshell blue candles, pink menus, and glass lamps while bud vases of colorful blooms added more pops of color throughout. Cloth napkins with Mimi and Kevin’s custom monogram graced each setting.
At the reception, Gucci Flora wallpaper brought a lively splash of color to the bar and seating chart, which hung personalized bells for guests to find their tables. Throughout the night, bells rang throughout the space, calling for a kiss from the bride and groom!
