Seared shrimp on a smooth avocado sauce offered a touch of sophistication, while the live Italian cheese-making station captivated guests with its authentic flair. To accompany these delectable bites, Aperol and Campari spritz, along with crisp prosecco, were served, setting a fun and elegant tone for the celebration. The dinner began with a delicate lobster and sweet pepper starter, followed by a rich black truffle risotto as the first course.
