The Blueprint for Classic Southern Wedding Design in Charleston
The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
The design inspiration for our wedding was classic Southern. The florals were whimsical & elegant in shades of cream, green & blush.
Proposal Story
Maurice proposed in Santa Barbara, the place where Carolyn & Maurice first fell in love. He popped the question at the Ritz Carlton Bacara on the cliffside. Although it was smoky due to the wildfires, it was still perfect!

Florals & Decor
The florals & decor were elegant, classic & southern. The decor included elegant draping, and crystal chandeliers within a clear tent. The ceremony florals included a romantic arch & ground florals to frame the ceremony space. The reception florals adorned wooden tables with a combination of large glass trumpet vases & stone compotes filled with lush greenery & roses, garden roses & ranunculus. The florals were elegant in design & very classic, southern garden style.
