The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
Modern/ Chic Wedding theme with minimal details and a touch of romance!
IMAGINE getting married in one of the most picturesque locations worldwide. Of course I am talking about Santorini island, one of Europe’s and Greece’s most visited islands. Known for the white and blue, and of course its amazing climate, Santorini makes sure to never fail to any of its visitors.
Kira and Evan is an amazing and so kind couple who travelled all the way from Colorado, USA to tie the knot at their favorite island Santorini and in of the most majestic venues, Cavo Ventus.
Known for its picturesque location, Cavo Ventus has a huge advantage. It gives you a 180
degree caldera view as it is entirely built on the edge the cliff. Amazing venue for the most amazing couple.
Proposal Story
FROM THE BRIDE: 'Evan proposed to me in the quaint, mountain town of Vail, Colorado. It was mid-September and we were surrounded by beautiful aspen trees. I definitely had a feeling that this trip to the mountains might be the time he would proposed since we had been together almost 4 years and we had a beautiful daughter together. It was long overdue!'

And this is no surprise to us as Kira is a well known artist. And graphic designer. Evan, our

With simple yet sophisticated touches, this décor exudes a timeless charm that perfectly balances contemporary style with natural beauty.
Wedding Cake
The wedding cake our couple chose was minimal but we loved their vibe during the cutting of the cake. From the beginning till the end, both of them were very stylish and chic and we couldn't admire them more.
Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs
FROM THE BRIDE, KIRA:
'My brother, Nicholas, prepared a non-traditional ceremony reading. We wanted it to be very personal to us as a couple and we read our own vows.
Ceremony songs:
Bridal party entrance - Love Someone by Lukas Graham
Bride entrance - A thousand years by Christian Perri
Vows - Photograph by Ed Sheeran
Recession of bride and groom - This Will Be by natalie cole
Reception songs:
Couples entrance: You Sexy Thing by Hot Chocolate
Cake cutting: Beyond by Leon Bridges
Our first dance song was a mashup of several songs that I made. The main song was Dressed Up in White by CAL followed by Despacito by Justin Beiber, Ignition by R. Kelly, Forever by Chris Brown, and lastly Wild Ones by Flo Rida/Sia. We wanted to just have fun with our first dance so we took dance classes and learned a custom dance routine and we had so much fun doing it!'
Special Detail #1
FROM THE BRIDE, KIRA:
My favorite detail had to be the reception table setup. Watching the sunset on the side of a cliff surrounded by gorgeous floral arrangements under beautiful chandeliers. In the moment I couldn't even believe I was there. It was so breathtaking.
I asked Evan what his favorite detail was and he said "My favorite detail was the ceremony area. The stage and the view and you made it all amazing." 🥰🥰
Special Detail #2
From the team of Poema Weddings:
"The soft peach hues and the enchanting horse photo session were simply breathtaking, but it was the bride’s elegant wedding dress that truly stole the show!"
