Lake Como was a dream backdrop to exchange vows in a special place that has become Steve and Ashley’s second home. Their design philosophy was simple: to enhance the natural beauty without overshadowing it, creating an atmosphere of timeless romance. They chose a color palette that harmonized with the villa’s blush tones, incorporating the lush greens and neutrals to blend seamlessly. With a long list of venues to tour, Relais Villa Vittoria was the first and last stop. The couple knew it was the one the moment they stepped onto the veranda overlooking the lake. The villa is a historic nineteenth century property that was once a mulberry garden, where renowned Italian silk was produced.

The Italian tradition of the apretivo was celebrated with two signature spritzes- Aperol and Hugo- with an array of local cheeses and cured meats. The dinner menu featured an array of Northern Italian dishes, complemented by a delightful assortment of traditional desserts.
Florals & Decor
The florals were carefully selected in collaboration with the bride and Figli Dei Flori to perfectly match the beautiful surroundings of the villa's garden. The guests dined al fresco at a long table under a canopy of fairy lights and greenery, creating an intimate experience. Pink snapdragons and burgundy pincushions gave dramatic splashes of color to the table.
Wedding Cake
Delicate pink lisianthus and sweet avalanche roses adorned a three-tiered cake with chantilly cream and fresh berries.
Special Detail #1
For their wedding weekend, the couple wanted to ensure their guests could fully embrace the beauty of Lake Como. They chartered a private boat for a two-hour tour, offering everyone the chance to explore the lake's most famous villas while soaking in the stunning surroundings.
