A Floral Workshop in the South of France That Masters the Art of Color Harmony
The Planning
The Inspiration
For their second floral workshop, Emilie & Jérôme from La Blonde et le Barbu Design created a bespoke floral design with a pop of colors. The idea was to help the attendees to elevate their floral style by mastering the matching of different "tricky" colours in harmony.
The Venue
The Castel Bay, on the French Riviera, offers a dream setting with a 3-hectare park, a view of the famous Almanarre bay and the Giens peninsula. It is a captivating “Belle Epoque” style building made up of different spaces.
Dormant for around ten years, Castel Bay has regained its former glory thanks to a major renovation program. It reopened its doors in June 2021 to accommodate the organization of your most beautiful events.

Favorite Design Element
The tablecloth from Appolonia Linen is a masterpiece and one of the key elements of the design. One can find it on the dinner table but also as a backdrop for the flatlays' shooting.
DIY Moments
The entire floral decor was created by the attendees during the workshop, from the ceremony setting to the floral arrangements surrounding the wedding cake created by LB Cake Design.
