[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]Sumner and Conrad wanted their wedding to be viewed as a celebration that reflected their lively personalities and love for life. The couple aimed for a fun and energetic vibe, mirroring the joy they brought to each other’s lives. To bring this vision to life, they decided to infuse Atalaya Castle with an array of colorful florals, creating a high-spirited atmosphere. Sumner’s creative touch extended to the decor, where she incorporated playful elements like disco balls into the hanging floral installation above the dance floor, illustrations of their dog Faith Hill & guest experiences at every corner. The result was a wedding that perfectly captured the essence of their relationship – a union filled with laughter, love, and a touch of whimsy.[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]Sumner and Conrad’s love story took an unexpected and heartwarming turn during one of their cherished sunrise swims at Barton Springs. Despite Sumner’s initial reluctance to wake up early that particular morning, she and Conrad eventually made their way to the local spring, where the water maintained its refreshing sixty-eight-degree temperature year-round. Little did Sumner know that this swim would be unlike any other. After about 20 minutes of watching the sun rise, Sumner caught on to Conrad’s nerves and realized why he had brought her out for a sunrise swim, but hadn’t jumped in the water yet. Sumner stood up to dive in and Conrad, overcome with love, dropped to one knee and tenderly proposed to Sumner, forever altering the landscape of this morning ritual. The sunrise swim took on a whole new significance as they joyfully embraced the chilly waters, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives as an engaged couple. Prior to the proposal Conrad flew all the way to South Carolina to get Sumners moms approval. Conrad proposed with a solitaire ring that had been in his family since the 1870s! The ring started out with three stones from his great , great, great grandfather and has been passed down through the years. [/field]
