The Details
Food & Drink
Guests enjoyed a Tex-Mex style menu with fajitas + all the accessories along with local favorites like chips, queso, and salsa.
Florals & Decor
Florals from Reverie were the color focalpoint of the day! The florals consisted of many local blooms like hill country native zinnias and cosmos. All of the other decor was classic and simple to serve as a neutral background for the colorful florals.
Wedding Cake
In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, the couple opted to dedicate this part of the day to the brother of the bride, Kyle, as it was his birthday! As a surprise to Kyle, the planning team brought out an all-american cookie cake as guests sang him happy birthday.
Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs
Song selections at the ceremony were kept classically traditional starting with Claire De Lune and finishing with the bride walking down to Canon In D Major by Johann Pachelbel. Two close friends of the couple performed a song during their ceremony while the bride and groom took communion together for the first time! Classic rock and pop songs were incorporated throughout the rest of the reception.
