An Intimate 25-Person Wedding at Villa Montanare in Cortona, Tuscany
The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
Natalie and Chris's wedding was an intimate 25 people. The design, although kept simple, had certain elements that gave hints of luxury and opulence. Contrasted against the rustic style of villa montanare in Cortona Italy, Natalie came out in the most fabulous Jaton Couture dress with a lace choker detail that seemed to come straight out of NYC fashion week! This really set the tone as to how far our imaginations wanted to go. It was a perfect atmosphere where guests could be comfortable in the relaxed upscale tuscan vibe, but equally not out of place if dressed to the nines! Natalie and Chris emphasized luxury style in a tuscan laid back way.
Proposal Story
We met five years ago and instantly became best friends! Realizing that we had the same interests and loves for the smaller things in life, we decided to search each others souls deeper until it led us here.
Love should be effortless, and challenging. We never asked each other to be anything but their authentic self and in doing so, we got our perfect match!

Wedding Gown
Natalie's dress was fit to absolute perfection. She works for Dior so I knew it would lol, but the Designer Loft NYC nailed it!! The contours of her dress were symmetrical and the lines moved with her body as she was able to give the camera all of her personality, and her new hubby all the attention! The visible boning of the Jaton Couture dress accentuated Natalie in all the right places and resembled perfect brush strokes of a fine art renaissance painting.

The Details
Food & Drink
The food of course was seasonal, local, and the finest tuscan cuisine. Delizia Ricevimente, always serves up a tasty list of starters, complete with local olives, oils, cheeses and wines to keep the conversations rolling, and the anticipation for more food on edge! The handmade pastas, and fresh meats are always paired with a recommended drink, but of course free to choose your fav! The drink selections for Natalie and Christopher's wedding were a great list of Italian birra (beer) and local wine! But of course Andreas, at villa montanare, is always known to throw in a fabulous german beer making sure everyone gets what they want by the end of the night!
Florals & Decor
The vendela roses, spray roses, and pittosporum for the green foliage was curated to perfection, the organic compositions of the floral arrangements was just right for a white and olive green color palette! The vases were handmade, patinated bronze which leaked a bit of that green palette and really caught the eye! The darker gold accents stood out and filled in all the simplicity with just the right amount of glam!
There were a few hidden gems such as the candles infused with their initials N&C and the wedding date 8-24-24.
Wedding Cake
The Millefeuille is an iconic Italian wedding cake made of layers of puff pastry and rich cream! The head chef typically get's the cake's first layer started and then hands the couple the tools to finish the rest of the layers while music, dancing, and laughter fill the area! Natalie and Chris were simply the most fun and free spirited souls who truly enjoyed every moment!
