YouTuber Weds in Summery Garden Wedding at Cheekwood

Inspired by summery colors and fresh flowers, Kelly and Tyler’s wedding was a garden party to remember! Kelly and Tyler tied the knot in an outdoor ceremony nestled in the venue’s botanical garden with special guests Kino and Archie, their two pups dressed in floral collars. (The two would later star on the cocktail napkins at the reception!) The reception hall spilled out onto a sun-filled terrace for guests to mingle, relax in the lounge areas, and grab a drink at the custom grey-latticed bar.

Known as WILDCAT by his 8 million subscribers, Tyler’s YouTube gaming channel has evolved into a massive platform that sends him to gaming conventions far and wide. He met Kelly at one such event, and the two felt an undeniable connection that led to a year of long-distance chatting. One day, Tyler invited Kelly to visit him in Indiana. She agreed, driving out to spend two weeks getting to know each other. Everything was going wonderfully until Kelly’s car broke down on her drive home. Since it was Christmas Eve, she begrudgingly accepted that she’d spend Christmas alone in a hotel room. But as soon as Tyler heard, he flew her to his parents’ home, where he had driven for the holidays. They’ve been living together ever since! Years later, Tyler proposed to Kelly under the lights of their front yard while their friends cheered them on.

After lots of dancing, Kelly and Tyler ended the night by sharing a late-night snack of cookies and milk with their guests.

The reception saw the garden theme brought indoors for an elegant floral-forward design featuring blue-green print linens, scalloped china, and rattan napkin holders. Colorful blooms and fresh fruits filled the center of each table and adorned the newlyweds’ simple two-tiered cake.
