A Color Blocking Ballroom Done Oh So Right at the Pennsylvanian

Katy envisioned a dreamy pastel color palette for her wedding, but with the reception taking place in a dimly lit ballroom, she worried her colors might not shine. The wedding planner skillfully crafted a design that both enhanced the historic ballroom's natural charm and showcased Katy's favorite pastels, creating a magical and vibrant atmosphere.

Katy chose a ballgown from Bridal Beginnings that had soft flowers on the dress as well as a big bow on the back, making the spring theme perfect!

They went with an olive green variety of dresses to match the ballroom.

Drinks were one of the focus point at the reception. An extra long custom bar served a "his" and "her" specialty drink in one of the wedding colors on display.

Florals were over the top since spring was the theme. The color blocking around the reception tied all of the head table greenery in! The bride's bouquet was a mix of all colors used at the color blocking wedding!

Opted for no cake at this event.

Enhanced getting ready portraits with a fabric backdrop to further color block portraits.

Custom dance floor was the same design used throughout the wedding from the paper good to the bar to the floor!

"Clouds" were used on the dance floor for the first dance to again tie in the spring vibe!
