The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
This all white affair put the focus on the togetherness of family and friends versus highlighting only the bride and groom, so everyone was dressed in all white. With family as the focus, the couple chose to keep things elegant.

Florals & Decor

The couple wanted a classy and elegant aesthetic. With tulips being the bride’s mother’s favorite flower, they wished to incorporate them in a purposeful way. To match the vibe, they included greenery seamlessly matching the overall aesthetic at Harry’s Restaurant to match the ambiance and atmosphere. Also important to Maya was the unique floral seating chart, which she had seen similar representations of before but was determined to perfect it- and they certainly did!

Wedding Cake

A delectable Dessert Table included choices of Tiramisu, Pannacotta with Red Fruit and Cassis, Chewy Cookies (Chocolate, Walnut, Granola), Fried Oreo Pops, and Double Chocolate Brownies in lieu of traditional wedding cake.

Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs

Ceremony music includes Stand by me by Boyce avenue, Dan + Shay, and Marry me by Train.

The couple danced their First dance to Wanted by Hunter Hayes.

And Maya danced with her Dad to My wish by Rascal Flatts.

Special Detail #1

The bridal bouquet had a pin with a picture of the bride when she was little and her granddad. Her granddad passed away shortly before the wedding.

Special Detail #2

The seating chart was unique: each guest had an individual flower, making everyone feel special as if they were each a piece of putting together the larger bouquet, or the "bigger picture" that was the couple's wedding.

Special Detail #3

Elliot and Maya are high school sweethearts that have been together since they were 15 & 16 years old. Mexico has been their special place to escape to together throughout their relationship, so they knew when they got engaged that their frequently visited favorite special restaurant Harry's was an easy pick as their wedding venue.
