[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]Gabby and Robert wanted a wedding that was rustic chic, yet colorful, and garden inspired with whimsical touches to match the aesthetics of the Bedford Village Inn where their ceremony and reception was held. The reception space has a lot of charm and character with wood accents throughout and high ceilings. We created a soft and romantic feel with twinkle lights from the New England Holiday Light, Co. and did champagne colored drapery through the Bedford Village Inn’s Styled by BVI collection in the reception space.[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]Gabby & Robert were down in Orleans (on Cape Cod) in February of 2023 near where Gabby used to go sailing and Robert popped the most special question Gabby had ever received! Robert planned the engagement so it would overlook Gabby’s grandpas sailboat because he knew it was a special place to her. They stayed later that night at the Chatham Bars Inn and ate a celebratory dinner there. They headed back to Boston the next morning and went to brunch to celebrate with both their families at Woods Hill Pier 4.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]Gabby wore a gorgeous gown by Ines Di Santo from L’elite in Boston. Gabby’s dress was elegant and form fitting on her petite frame with beautiful buttons going down the back. Gabby truly looked like a princess on her wedding day![/field]
[field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]From the beginning of the planning process Gabby talked about wanting her bridesmaids to be in fun colored dresses that matched the color palette of the wedding. She wanted a mix of vibrant summer colors and different styles for the girls to really bring out the colorful summer inspiration of the wedding day! The bridesmaids were able to choose their own dresses and styles with certain colors in mind, the result was perfection![/field]
[field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Robert worn a dark navy suit with a black lapel by Bonobos. Robert’s look was completed with a black bowtie and black loafers by Rubinacci with a petite boutonnière in coordinating colors & blooms to the floral design.[/field]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]Guests dined on delicious herb roasted filet mignon, rosemary & shallot roasted chicken breast, or vegetarian pasta. Signature cocktails of GiGi’s Paloma and Crock Daddy, better known as a John Daly were enjoyed by all! [/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Grace of PrimRose Floral & Event Design was selected as the floral designer for this wedding due to her soft and whimsical style for creating delicate and romantic looking blooms! It was important to Gabby to have everything be very cohesive throughout the design of the wedding day and to have the florals be very whimsical, almost wildflower like they had just been picked from a garden.
The inspiration behind this whimsical, garden-inspired summer wedding was a deep love for nature’s vibrant beauty. Drawing from the lush charm of locally grown flowers, the couple envisioned a celebration bursting with color and life. Snapdragon, scabiosa, zinnia, feverfew, and garden roses were a few of the flowers carefully chosen to create an enchanting atmosphere, evoking the playful elegance of a summer garden in full bloom. Their desire to infuse the day with warmth and joy led to a wedding that felt both timeless and delightfully unique, a true reflection of their love story.
The guest tables had a mix of tall centerpieces, low centerpieces, and trio’s of bud vases. The low centerpieces and bud vases were placed on wooden slabs to add that rustic touch to the guest tables mixed with petite gold votives. The tall centerpiece tables and sweetheart table had blush colored taper candles to add in a soft and romantic feel. Place settings had wooden Tondo chargers and pink Debutante goblets from Peak Event Services. Menus with a sweet thank you note were adorned at all guests place settings.
Pressed flower table numbers and a pressed flower deconstructed seating chart was created by Grady Letters. The delicate flowers in these signage designs truly continued a garden inspired vibe making every corner cohesive and thoughtfully planned and designed![/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]A simple two tier wedding cake by Frederick’s Pastries was adorned with fresh flowers and displayed on a wooden table filled with petite treats for guests to eat.[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]Gabby & Robert love music and choose some special songs for their ceremony. Some of the songs were Black Bird by Peter Pupping and Fred Benedetti, Tupelo Honey by Arts Fishing Club, and Right Back Where We Started From by Maxine Nightingale. These songs were played perfectly by a solo guitarist from Bright Set Entertainment.
Guests later danced the night away to incredible live music by the band Night Shift of Night Shift Entertainment! [/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]The most special detail of Gabby & Robert’s wedding day was having their beautiful baby Charlotte be part of their day! Charlotte sweetly came along during the planning process and we incorporated her into Gabby & Robert’s portrait session and in the ceremony where she was walked down the aisle by her grandmother. Charlotte wore a dress that was custom made with material from Gabby’s mom’s wedding dress and had the sweetest flower crown made for her by PrimRose Floral & Event Design! A truly full circle moment that was precious to see![/field]
