Transforming a Blank Space Into the Couple’s Dream Wedding at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
Vanessa and Adam envisioned a completely transformed ballroom that would leave guests in awe. The room was draped floor to ceiling in "Mink" by Eventure Design, complemented by Reznick's "Latte" carpet, creating a fresh backdrop for a sea of pink roses designed by Stemz. Inspired by the artistry of Jeff Leatham, pink roses were the focal point, adding a touch of enchantment to the Four Seasons Aria Ballroom.
Proposal Story
On April 2, 2022, Adam proposed to Vanessa in their newly built home. Although they hadn't yet moved in, Adam orchestrated a memorable moment by telling Vanessa they were meeting a technician. Instead, upon arrival, she was greeted by a path of candles and flowers leading to the family room. There, in front of the fireplace, Adam had prepared a stunning arrangement of candles and flowers. He got down on one knee and proposed. Following the proposal, both their families joined them to celebrate with champagne and a charcuterie board.

Food & Drink
After Vanessa and Adam's beautiful ceremony, guests began to arrive to the Four Seasons Hotel. They were met with a plethora of passed canapés, oyster station and the couple's signature cocktails, an Aperol Spritz and Negroni. Once the guests were seated among the sea of pink centrepieces and stunning tablescape, they were met with a four course meal of which included Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Lobster Tail and Thyme & Garlic Black Cod.
Vanessa and Adam's late night offerings consisted of Chick-Fil-A menu items such as their crispy chicken burger and nuggets all sealed with a custom branded sticker of the couple's logo that was present throughout the wedding festivities designed by Paper & Poste.
Florals & Decor
With the collaborative design between MUSE Event Co. and Stemz, the Four Seasons Hotel ballroom was transformed with a stunning display featuring hundreds of pink roses. The 16-foot cherry blossom trees in the centre of the ballroom served as a breathtaking focal point as Vanessa and Adam's guests entered the space. This floral elegance extended to the seating chart, which was adorned with mounds of pink hydrangeas, perfectly complementing the impressive 8-foot tall display designed by Reznick Events and Paper & Poste.
Wedding Cake
The three-tiered cake and sweet table, designed by Nadia and Co., seamlessly incorporated Vanessa's vision and the overall design by featuring brushed pink hues and roses throughout the entirety of the display.
Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs
Live music added a beautiful touch to Vanessa and Adam's ceremony. A live string quartet played Vanessa down the aisle as light flooded into Trinity Chapel. After exchanging vows, Vanessa and Adam walked back down the aisle as a married couple to the tune of "Wildest Dreams" by Taylor Swift, creating a magical moment not only for them but everyone in attendance.

An editorial space in the Four Seasons Hotel was designed by MUSE Event Co. with the vision of giving Vanessa and Adam's bridal party portraits a unique feel.
