Citrus Palette in the Heart of Provence at Chateau Martinay
The Planning
The Inspiration
For this 2024 edition of his Workshop for wedding photographers, Jeremie Hkb wanted to go even further by offering two atmospheres through a Welcome Dinner & a Wedding. This allowed us to work more extensively on design and story. We drew our inspiration from flowers, in particular by selecting tablecloths from Appolonia Linen with elegant and very present floral patterns to begin with. Jeremie Hkb presents the result to you through a mixture of his images and those of his second shooter, Marion Pinel.
Indeed, Jeremie & Marion has recently offered their duo service in order to satisfy the most demanding clients.

The Venue
In the heart of Provence, Chateau Martinay is located in a classified wooded area of 35 hectares. Majestic and imposing, you will quickly let yourself be seduced by the beauty of its stones as well as its gardens. Between luxury, calm and authenticity, the Château embodies the art of living in Provence, but also in the French way. Indeed, this place built in 1763 resonates 3 centuries of history. Château Martinay regularly hosts weddings and ranks among the exceptional estates in the south of France.

The Fashion
Wedding Gown
For the bride's dress, it came from the Pronovias Collection and was lent to us by the Igilles store. They gave good advice and we opted for a fluid and light dress. It is white with a touch of nude under the veil. The sleeves add an elegant and refined side while the bottom of the slit dress adds a sexy touch.

Florals & Decor
Claire Yossman & La Blonde et le Barbu worked hand in hand to design a delicate mix between decoration and flowers.
For the Welcome Dinner we wanted to highlight two stages, a bar and a set up for the tables. As for the tables, we imagined two tables for 8 people with a central colorful presentation table with mainly plants and fruits. We wanted it to remain casual with the use of rattan chairs for example, but while still having this peppy and colorful side.
For D-Day, we worked on several large sets, the centerpiece of which was an incredible ceremony in the driveway of Chateau Martinay, one of the iconic places in this place in the south of France. You will also find a table for 16 people and a pretty decor around a grand piano.
Favorite Design Element
The major design elements of this workshop remain the ceremony and the tables, whether for the Welcome Dinner or the D-Day.
Tips To Pull Off The Look
To achieve this look, we advise you to think carefully about the design and flowers. It’s the symbiosis between decorative elements like tablecloths and flowers that give this overall look.
