[field title=”Wedding Colors”]Shades of tan, creme, green, and soft pinks. We wanted something tropical and elegant.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]Taylor & Trent’s wedding day vision was a natural, classic feel with tropical elements. The design was a neutral toned color palette of cream and champagne with shades of natural greenery, accented with touches of soft, muted pink. Lush tropical touches of texture, with natural elements could be seen throughout the ceremony to the reception. The couple wanted an inviting setting for their guests to enjoy the beauty of Maui. [field title=”Proposal Story”]In Joshua Tree! Long story short I knew it was coming as I had found the ring the month before. We spent the day hiking and he was looking for the perfect spot while I was trying to make sure my hair would still look good for the photos. We ended up hiking into this remote ravine with all these beautiful rocks around and one lone Joshua Tree. He popped the question and we had the most amazing time soaking it all in.[/field]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]A refreshing Mai Tai was the signature cocktail of the evening. Guests were offered a variety of appetizers following cocktail hour, including a local favorite, coconut shrimp. A four course dinner followed that included fresh caught ahi and locally grown ingredients. [/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The couple chose a double hexagon arch with tropical florals for their ceremony backdrop. With the beautiful view from the Montage Kapalua Bay’s ocean front lawn, there is little else needed. Their reception was held under a white sperry tent on the same lawn. The foundation of the table design was classic, textural & tropical, with arrangements going down the table using lush greenery, unique-variegated palms, muted protea & other interesting, soft blooms in the color story of the day. Each guests’ place setting had a neutral plate, paired with gold flatware & a natural linen napkin—keeping everything cohesive. Rattan lanterns and bistro lights strung above the space, creating a warm glow as the sun went down. Over all creating an inviting & alluring reception for the couple and their guests.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The cake was a vanilla cake with liliko’i filling and vanilla buttercream icing. Decorated with coconuts and flowers matching the overall design. [/field]
