Florals & Decor
The florals and overall design by Nandina Grove were chosen to create a sense of French romance and opulence. From the classic French blue linens, gold candelabras, white washed tuscan cross back chairs, and feminine lush florals worked together to achieve this old world French garden aesthetic.
Favorite Design Element
The custom invitation suite created by Little Carabou Studio features a lattice design on the belly band that was created to mimic the design of the white chargers on the reception table. It's such a small detail but when it comes to weddings no detail is too small. Having little moments like that are what truly help make a day feel cohesive and the design intentional.
Tips To Pull Off The Look
Each element was chosen to help achieve the overall vision of old world French elegance with a hint of whimsy. Mixing patterns and textures such as the embroidered French blue linen paired with the lattice chargers and blue/white dinnerware gave the design a modern touch, while the touches of gold, towering candelabras. fluted glass, and white antique bowls for the floral arrangements added to the nostalga and old world feel.
