Design / Vibe / Vision

The design, vibe and vision of Brooke and Rhyse’s wedding day was timeless, elegant, and traditional. The couple was inspired by the Don Cesar Hotel’s 20s vibe and liked how this design choice complimented the hotel. The beautiful details selected for their decor, reflected their vision through and through.

Proposal Story

Rhyse planned an elaborate, surprise proposal with his parent’s original engagement ring. Brooke said yes on Atlantic Beach and her entire immediate family was there to celebrate! The evening was spent in a tent under the stars with the two families getting to know each other while celebrating the couple.

Wedding Gown

Brooke selected a stunning gown that complimented the elegance of her overall wedding style perfectly. Her gown was fitted with a heart shaped neckline and lace sleeves. The train her of her dress incorporated the same lace matching her delicate sleeves. Our favorite detail of her gown was the oval shaped open back, framed with the delicate lace details. The gown designer was Essence of Australia.

Bridesmaid Dresses

Brooke’s bridesmaids all wore floor length black gowns. This added to the timeless elegance in her wedding vision, and was the perfect color choice for the black tie affair!

Cocktail Hour

The Details

Food & Drink

At cocktail hour guests were greeted with passed champagne, each draped with custom ‘B’ drink toppers. A lot of personalized details were utilized during cocktail hour and within the bar set ups through the event. The mirrored bar menus included the couples crest, as well as a selection of customized drink stirrers at each bar. For the passed appetizers, these were served on a acrylic tray that incorporated custom inserts of the couples crest as well. For the reception dinner, guests were served a duo entree of grilled filet and grouper. Accompanying dinner, was wine service. Brooke and Rhyse provided a loaded french fry bar and slider station for their guests to enjoy later into the reception! You can never go wrong with the addition of a late night snack!

Florals & Decor

MMD Events provided a beautiful elegant and timeless design for the overall event. Not a detail was missed with customization throughout the evening, really making this event unique to the couple. Raining Roses Production provided the most beautiful white floral arrangements. They embraced everything timeless, elegant, and traditional in each display which elevated the design to the next level!

Wedding Cake

The wedding cake was an all white 5-tier cake with florals cascading down into florals surrounded the base of the bottom tier. The selected flavors were vanilla bean and decadent chocolate!

Special Detail #1

One special detail this couple had at their wedding was the mix of a DJ and Live Fusion. They really wanted a DJ, but also having the option of live musicians.

Special Detail #2

What better way to celebrate than with an 8 tier champagne tower? The couple brought more luxury into their day with this addition. The toasted with their first pour being Dom Perignon!

Special Detail #3

An addition of a live painter was included in cocktail hour. Brooke and Rhyse wanted her to capture the beautiful details of the cocktail hour as well as the hotel backdrop in the courtyard with them painted at the top of the stairs!
