A Relaxed Outdoor Wedding in Calming Shades of Blue at Park Winters

[section title=”The Planning”]

[field title=”Wedding Colors”]Blue has always held a special place in my heart, so it was only natural that it became the theme color of our wedding. From the soft, ethereal hues to the bold, deep shades,

every corner of our venue was adorned with the calming color of the sea. And with hints of pink and orange woven into the décor, the atmosphere offered our guests a refreshing escape from the summer heat.[/field]

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]My husband and I are both laid-back individuals, so it was important to us that our wedding felt more like a relaxed gathering than a formal affair. We wanted our guests to feel at ease, to kick off their shoes and drink the night under the starlit sky. And I’m happy to say that our vision came to life in the most beautiful way possible.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]For me, the wedding dress was about finding a gown that spoke to my soul, that made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. And when I slipped into that strapless trumpet gown, with its sky-high slit and modern details, I knew I had found “the one.” It was classic yet contemporary, elegant yet free-spirited – just like me. And when it came time for the time to party, slipping into my blue dress felt like stepping into a dream. With its subtle metallic fabric and summery vibe, it was the perfect choice for a night of celebration.[/field]

[section title=”The Details”]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]Our wedding wasn’t just about saying “I do”; it was about celebrating the journey that brought us to this moment. And what better way to do that than with signature cocktails named after our beloved fur babies, Mei Mei and Har Gow?[/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Besides the magical color of blue, there was another whimsical touch that captured our hearts – our beloved cats. We couldn’t imagine our special day without them. From the moment our guests received their invitations adorned with adorable cat-shaped name cards, to the delight of discovering our furry companions’ portraits on the favor packaging, our cats infused every aspect of our celebration with their playful spirit.

One of the most fun parts of our wedding planning was creating the silly game “Find the Kitty.” We challenged our guests to spot Mei Mei and Har Gow among a collection of random cat photos. It was hilarious to see everyone scouring through the images.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]Our wedding cake was a simple yet delightful choice: a strawberry shortcake adorned with layers of light sponge cake, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. It was our personal favorite flavor and will be the most special one from now on. [/field]
