For their French Garden Wedding in Provence, the couple chose a color palette that featured warm neutral tones of cream, blush and dusty rose accented by gold and caramel hues.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]
The inspiration for the overall look and feel of their multi-day wedding celebration came from the natural beauty of the Provence region and the wedding venue itself. The vision for their 3-day fête was to create a once in a lifetime celebration that was ethereal and captivating with old world Provençal charm. Every detail of their “quiet luxury” celebration was curated with the utmost intention!

[field title=”Proposal Story”]
As the couple is based in Georgia, the groom planned the surprise proposal at the famed Swan House in Atlanta. The bride thought she was meeting a friend for a work event so she thought nothing of it! As she entered the rear garden, she heard a Gypsy Jazz band playing the Edith Piaf’s “La Vie en Rose” and saw the groom waiting for her. The rest is history!

[field title=”Food & Drink”]
We created an upscale meets casual French market vibe for their Welcome Dinner. There were several live show cooking stations, a charcuterie grazing table, a dessert buffet and a signature drinks bar. As a fun touch, the wait staff donned aprons with the couple’s monogramed crest! On the day of the wedding, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour where passed canapés and champagne were passed. Oysters on the half shell, sliced foie gras and signature cocktails were also featured. The dinner menu featured a foie gras macaron amuse bouche that sat under a cloche! Guests then enjoyed a first course of sea bream tartare, second course of beef sirloin with truffled potatoes and a dessert course of a chocolate sphere with white chocolate mousse and strawberry. After hours, guests enjoyed open bar spirits, plenty of wine and champagne as well as mini hotdogs, mini burgers, mini pizzas and mini croque monsieurs!

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]For their welcome dinner, small, medium and large potted plants, herbs and fresh lavender were dotted about!
Large blooms of garden roses, lisianthus and clematis were some of the flowers highlighted throughout the wedding day floral design. The ceremony featured ground florals that accented the fountains and the inner aisle which then led to a full asymmetrical floral arch.
At the dinner reception, multi-size floral arrangements and fresh fruit accents adorned each table. [/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The signature wedding cake was a 4-tiered blush pink cake featuring hand made sugar flowers and featured 2 different flavors: lemon sponge cake with raspberry cream and
vanilla sponge cake with passionfruit cream![/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The bride, accompanied by her father, walked down the aisle as the string quartet played “La Vie en Rose”.
During the cocktail hour (as well as their welcome dinner the night before), a live gypsy jazz band set the mood!
The couple decided to kick off their dinner reception by having their first dance. As they made their entrance from the top of the château’s stairs, Dean Martin’s “Kick in the Head” played. Once they reached the bottom of the stairs and took center stage, Louie Armstrong’s “C’est Si Bon” played while our bride and groom had their first dance![/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]
Welcome gifts were given to each and every guest as a thank you! Each basket featured a bottle of olive oil, a of bottle of rosé and a cork screw from Château d’Estoublon, chocolate bar, lemon cookies, mini sweets as well as a heartfelt thank you note from the couple.

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Signature stationery and day of details played a heavy role in the design. Each paper item was custom made and curated to match specific moments of the day! From the save the dates and invitation suite to the ceremony fans with tassels and menus sitting in sheaths with calligraphy.
The seating chart featured 3 large gold bordered frames with dusty rose venetian plaster texture. Each oval name card featured hand written calligraphy with a small gold foil pressed butterfly that was adorned to the board with a thin silk ribbon. [/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #3″]The bride’s engagement ring was custom made with intention and love! As “La Vie en Rose” holds special meaning for her and the groom, this phrase is engraved in the bride’s ring.[/field]
