The dinner celebration began with a raw beef tartare with crispy spicy bread as an appetizer. A tasty ricotta cheese pasta ring with spinach gratin started the main course, followed by a fillet of beef with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Finally a fresh sorbet was the prelude to the cake cutting.

Many garden roses were used for the floral setup: Jardinier, White o’Hara, Majolica, Candle Light, Shiraz, Brut, Alabaster, David Austin Keira, Innocentia in caramel. As complementary flowers were used: Scabiosa, Sweet Pea, Delphinium, Anethum. The making of the arch was done using the flowers not in a mixed way but by spots of color, it was to give the effect of moving from one tone to another in a harmonious way as in a rainbow.
