For the first courses, the couple chose ricotta and lemon ravioli, with asparagus cream and candied lemon zest and a typical tuscan pasta “mezzipaccheri” with duck ragu, sage raspberries. While the main course consisted of meat, a fillet of beef, Chianti classico jus and sage roast potatoes.
To accompany the dishes, they chose a selection of Italian white and red wines.[/field]

The bouquet of roses and white flowers, with olive branches and eucalyptus, was a perfect accessory for Claire’s ethereal beauty. The ceremony took place in the castle’s Italian gardens, beneath a round rose arch adorned with blooms. As for the reception, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to the castle courtyard, where tables adorned with flickering candles and fragrant flowers awaited them. The round tables were adorned with tall floral centerpieces, featuring cascading roses, white blooms and greenery.
