The Details
Food & Drink
Special attention was given to selecting a menu that reflected Tuscan tradition with a touch of modernity. For the first courses, the couple chose ricotta and lemon ravioli, with asparagus cream and candied lemon zest and a typical tuscan pasta "mezzipaccheri" with duck ragu, sage raspberries. While the main course consisted of meat, a fillet of beef, Chianti classico jus and sage roast potatoes.
To accompany the dishes, they chose a selection of Italian white and red wines.
Florals & Decor
The floral decorations in shades of white, pink, peach with a touch of light green reflected the overall palette of the event, imparting a sense of understated elegance in harmony with the prestigious estate. The bouquet of roses and white flowers, with olive branches and eucalyptus, was a perfect accessory for Claire's ethereal beauty. The ceremony took place in the castle's Italian gardens, beneath a round rose arch adorned with blooms. As for the reception, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to the castle courtyard, where tables adorned with flickering candles and fragrant flowers awaited them. The round tables were adorned with tall floral centerpieces, featuring cascading roses, white blooms and greenery.
The imperial table for the newlyweds was adorned with crystal centerpieces, white flowers, roses, and greenery. The overall view was completed with a golden touch provided by the Chiavari chairs as seating.
Wedding Cake
The wedding cake, assembled on-site by the catering pastry chef, was a millefeuille with chantilly cream, almond brittle and wild raspberries.
