The Details
Food & Drink
The culinary journey was a perfect blend of French excellence tradition and international flavours. The venue’s chef did an amazing job with the small bites, each a masterpiece of flavor and presentation.
Highlights included a champagne fountain during the cocktail hour, gin-cured Scottish salmon for the starter, a Burgundy chicken ballottine main course, and a delectable chocolate truffle pave dessert.
Florals & Decor
The decor echoed understated elegance, featuring greenery and a natural palette with soft colors, pastels, and touches of lavender. For the ceremony, the aesthetic was light and natural, transitioning into a more dramatic purple hue for the bouquet and dinner table. The minimalist centrepieces at dinner, paired with chandeliers and garland lighting, created a fairytale-like and inviting atmosphere. The floral designer Emily Alarcon did an amazing job bringing the couples vision of bold elegance to life and implementing purple while keeping the overall design very soft and romantic.
Wedding Cake
The wedding cake, a creation of Emilie Grenier, was a delicious three-tiered vanilla and strawberry cake. The very minimalistic design of the cake was highlighted by elegant florals.
Special Detail #1
While Meredith and the bridesmaids enjoyed their hair and makeup preparations, the gentlemen experienced their own pampering with a dedicated barber and hairdresser. Meredith looked ethereal in a classic A-line wedding dress with delicate lace detailing, complemented by Neal's sharp navy blue suit and blush pink tie.
Special Detail #2
The couple also honored their heritage and wedding location with two signature cocktails: "The Manhattan" and the "Burgundy Spring Punch."
Special Detail #3
The bride surprised the groom with a firework ! The entire team played along saying fireworks where not allowed due to drought. Neal was so disappoint. So when we fired, he was totally surprised ! His happiness and reaction where so worth it.
