The Epitome of Parisian Elegance at Hotel Le Marois
From the letterpressed and hand-calligraphed menus to the Maison Kurkdjian candles that were gifted to each guest, there was a subtle luxury in all of the finer details.
Susanna stunned in a couture dress from Galia Lahav’s “Victoria Affinity” collection. Inspired by Queen Victoria’s wedding dress, the off-the-shoulder style featured a corset bodice and a fishtail train, with beautiful Chantilly lace trimming and elaborate Swarovski crystal embellishments that were truly fit for a queen. In fact, another Queen, Beyoncé, also wore the same Victorian-style dress for her vow renewal in 2018! For their traditional Armenian ceremony, Susanna dialed up the drama with a custom statement cape designed by Sharon Sever, head designer at Galia Lahav. During sunset photos on the Pont Alexandre III, she wore another detachable accessory: billowing sleeves that were the perfect touch of je ne sais quoi for a wedding in the fashion capital of the world!
Guests indulge in the essence of traditional French cuisine, offering an array of tantalizing flavors and delicacies in an opulent spread of dishes, while sipping on the finest French wines and champagne, creating a memorable culinary experience that perfectly complements the celebration of Susanna & Karlen's love.
From Ariel Chiu: we leaned into the opulent gilded interior of Hôtel le Marois and kept their wedding reception design elegant and clean. White and gold is a forever timeless combo.
