An Italian Reverie Inspired Shoot Done In Pantone's Color Of The Year

The Planning
The Inspiration

An Italian Reverie Imbued with inspiration born from Vizcaya Museum And Gardens' 18th-century Mediterranean-style Italian architecture, our wedding inspiration is as formal as the gardens in which it takes place and as steeped in romance as our couple's deep and abiding love. A picturesque palette of soft coral and warm buttercream blends beautifully into the backdrop of this magnificent villa's romantic gardens. Our paper suite and delicate plaster flourishes are reminiscent of the regal Renaissance and Baroque period architectural accents and busts that our couple discovers while wandering the gardens together after their first look. With a stately air and sheltered by palms, flowering plants, and delicate Spanish moss, our couple will take their vows on the steps of the open-air Casino. Surrounded by a lush floral garden blending seamlessly into the setting, they are framed by a sea of veiled chairs caressed by the wind, perfectly placed on the Garden Mound, ready to host their guests. Après ceremony and while strolling through the expansive parterres, the garden unfolds before them, and guests come upon escort cards tied delicately to a wrought-iron gate, ushering them toward their seats. Calling to mind the grand villas of the Riviera and fountains of Roma, our tablescape finds its place in the Fountain Garden, surrounded by statues and the worn façade of its stone walls. Grounded by regal linen and graced with delicate florals, our table melts into the magnificent landscape as if it has always been and always will be.

The Venue

The venue was the gorgeous Vizcaya Museum And Gardens.

The Fashion
Wedding Gown

Our bride wears an Anne Barge long sleeve A-line Florentine gown of illusion tulle with corded lace appliquès scattered throughout and a striking scalloped illusion neckline for her ceremony. Her second dress, Lauren by Berta brings the drama with a sheer overskirt, glittering bodice and sexy slit.

Tips To Pull Off The Look

For brides looking for inspiration on how best to lean into Pantone's color of the year, Peach Fuzz, we suggest pairing creams, dove gray and pops of peach within your floral palette and tablescape details for a soft yet sophisticated design.
