The Details
Food & Drink
The evening began with a greeter of prosecco and fresh lemonade. The aperitivo had stations of charcuterie and passed local bites. They also featured a live mozzarella making station. For the dinner the first course was a pumpkin cappellacci sauted with butter and sage with an amaretto biscuit crumble and spinach puree. The main course was a bake Cinta Senese pork loin with stewed baby red onions, roasted potatoes and sauted carrots with butter and chives.
Florals & Decor
The design all began with a love of the local mandarins and wanting to incorporate them into all of the decor elements. They used them in the cascading bridal bouquet complimented with phalaenopsis orchids as well as the asymmetric pillars for the ceremony. The chandeliers with the greenery arches across one communal table for their 70 guests was an impressive design filled with warm candle light and petite arrangements.
Wedding Cake
They decided to do a tradition live show cooking of the Italian Millefoglie that was serenaded by a live saxophone player
Special Detail #1
One of the highlights of the wedding was the saxophone player that accommponied the live showing cooking of the cake and then led guests to the dance area where the DJ was waiting for them.
Special Detail #2
Maria's gorgeous floral printed Monique Lhuillier gown was a statement piece that was complimented by the Tuscan views.
