A Magical Ischia Wedding With Love In Bloom
Erica and Dustin, always in love with Italy and often choose as a destination for their holidays, had the dream of getting married in Ischia, a green island and an ideal place to live a real Italian experience. The ruins of the Castello Aragonese Ischia were the backdrop to a ceremony with a few intimate, exciting, and fun. Guests transported by taxi boat to the Giardino Eden for the arrival of the newlyweds (aboard the iconic Riva Aquarama boat) were surprised by colorful fires. Hand-painted bottles of prosecco were used as place cards, and two artisans from Ischia were positioned to make live sandals tailored for all guests. The dinner took place between toasts and speeches, laughter, and a lot of love. Two imperial tables welcomed the 48 American guests among candles and lights, hydrangeas, and many orchids. The graphic set was made partly with the help of an illustrator who has painted by hand many of the elements that are found in the invitation and in the details of the graphic suite. Finally, the cake was a magical moment emphasized by the beautiful fireworks that lasted 7 minutes and enchanted the whole island, not only the participants in this great event.
Right among the ruins of the Castello Aragonese Ischia Dustin, a year before, during a romantic walk, he knelt and asked Erica to marry him. That’s why they decided that that would also be the place where they would get married.
The look of the bride was impeccable: her beautiful dress by Berta accompanied by the iconic shoes of Aquazzura, was completed by Chateau Jewelers Jewelry.
The perfectly coordinated bridesmaids, in their black dresses, were guided by the maids of honor in their champagne dresses.
Guests were delighted by the renowned chef from the Giardino Eden, gourmet cuisine but typically Italian, catch of the day perfectly cooked, and high-level wines that accompanied the entire dinner.
