A Picturesque Chateau Wedding in the South of France

The Planning
Design / Vibe / Vision
The wedding festivities officially began the night prior with an intimate dinner reserved for their immediate families and members of the wedding party. The rustic wine cellar, beautifully decorated with candles and wild flowers, was the perfect space to kick off a celebration filled with joy, meaningful speeches and great wine. After dinner, Nicolette and Chase hosted a more casual cocktail party in the courtyard of the Chateau to welcome their guests who all had traveled from the US to France to celebrate this beautiful couple.
Proposal Story

The couple started their wedding planning journey intending to say "I do" at a venue in their home state of New Jersey but they quickly realized that the south of France was the location for their "dream come true" day. After visiting Chateau Campuget, a venue already known by the groom's father who is in the wine business, the couple felt at deep connection to the location and knew that it was the perfect venue for their destination nuptials. The couple exchanged vows under gorgeous trees, in front of their favorite gate at the Chateau. And better than that, in front of their favorite people, who cried, laughed and joyfully shared the day with them. The golden hues of the chateau's stone façade provided a warm backdrop for the celebration, creating a sense of intimacy and history. As guests arrived, they were greeted by the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the subtle fragrance of aged oak barrels, setting the tone for a day filled with love and sophistication.

The Details
Food & Drink

After an intimate ceremony, which was officiated by Nicolette's aunt, guests enjoyed signature cocktails made by Leon Cocktail Bar and delicious canapés catered by La Vallergue, who also prepared a delicious Medditerranean infused dinner.

Florals & Decor

Amanda Virga from AMV Weddings assisted the couple in all aspects of their planning and design, bringing to life the bride's vision of a classic and romantic wedding weekend, while infusing the natural rustic elements offered by the ambiance of the location. The florals were crafted by the team at Cecilia Flor, which featured a lush floor based arch for the ceremony backdrop and stunning white tablescapes in the courtyard for the dinner reception.

Wedding Cake
The Wedding Cake was a traditional French Croquembouche, which features a spectacular display of French puff pastries in a pyramid shape, with sparklers to celebrate the official cutting of this delicacy!
Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration transitioned into an evening of enchantment. String lights twinkled overhead, casting a warm glow on the festivities. The couple's first dance unfolded under a sky dotted with stars, surrounded by the laughter and joy of friends and family. Guests enjoyed an unforgettable night, dining Al fresco and dancing the night away with music by Wildfire DJs. This enchanted wedding in Provence was a celebration of love, nature, and the timeless beauty of the region. A dream come true for Nicolette and Chase and an incredible French experience for all present. The weekend was captured by Juliana Tomlinson Photography and Daniele Ventola
