The Family Style Meal begins with a pre-set Celebration Salad of mixed greens in Champagne Vinaigrette with strawberries, blueberries, double cream burrata, balsamic reduction, and rosemary pecans. Accompanying sides include Corn Muffins and Yeast Rolls with Whipped Hewitt Honey Butter, Sauteed Green Beans in brown butter with sea salt, Crispy Bacon Brussels Sprouts, Smoked Mac & Cheese with Smoked Gouda in a creamy sauce, and Sweet Potato Gratin baked in a cast iron skillet. For the main course, there's Champagne Fried Chicken, Bourbon Roasted Pork Tenderloin with housemade Peach Chow Chow, and Carved Beef Tenderloin served with Horseradish Cream.

Being from a close-knit family that highly values time around the table together, Brayden & Luke wanted to have a family-style meal served for their wedding to capture the essence of gathering around the table with delicious food that was elevated Southern cuisine.
For dessert, the couple had the culinary team at Hewitt Oaks create their favorite dessert to prepare any time they entertain, a chocolate chip-baked cast iron skillet served with vanilla ice cream.
