Colorful and Festive Fall Maui Wedding
Makala and Sean envisioned a modern, colorful, festive wedding weekend. Starting with a laid back rehearsal dinner at the The Westin Maui Resort and Spa. Guests sipped on craft cocktails poolside followed by an intimate dinner surrounded by tropical greens. The floral filled wedding day featured a lush, vibrant, tropical arch with cascading florals. Playful patterned linens and an elevated lounge added to the laid back romantic vibe of the day. Hanging pendant lights mixed with tropical foliage above the bar and head table added a romantic garden feel.
Known on island for their local and sustainable catering, Cutting Edge Catering, started the cocktail hour off with tasty appetizers including Hamachi Musubi and Ahi Poke Bowls. Makala and Sean wanted the dinner to be like one big family dinner so they opted for a family style dinner rather than a plated meal. Guests were served multiple mouth watering entrees all beautifully displayed down the center of the tables. Warm Malasada’s were served later in the evening for a sweet treat! Garnish Craft Cocktail Catering served up tasty craft cocktails throughout the evening.
