The Planning

Design / Vibe / Vision

They chose to marry on Grant's family's estate. It was a black tie affair with 400 of their closest family and friends. It was beautiful to see the creative team completely transform the property to create an exceptional event. Madi always knew that she wanted a fall wedding and the last weekend of October in 2022 was the perfect time of year.

Proposal Story

Madi was in Florida with friends to what she thought was celebrate one of her friend’s birthdays. Grant was originally supposed to join the trip, but had said he was sick and could no longer make it. She fully believed that story and thought she was on a friend trip! One night when they had all gotten ready to go to dinner, instead of heading out, her friends led her to the resort bathroom where her mom and sisters were waiting for her with the dress that she was wanting to get engaged in. After she got dressed, Grant appeared and led her out to the beach where he had candles, flowers, and a Bible with her new name on it. He popped the question there at sunset on the beach of the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. With the help of Whitney with Engaged Events, they then began to plan their dream wedding in 3 short months.

Wedding Gown

Madi had two custom gowns from Nardos. Nardos also did her mother's gown. They worked with Nardos herself to create the dresses of their dreams.

Bridesmaid Dresses

Madi is friends with Bridget of the--bar.com. The Bar provided all the gowns for the bridesmaids and Bridget was in attendance at the wedding.

The Details

Food & Drink

Blue Fire Total Catering did the food for the event. Guests enjoyed a nice seated dinner while enjoying the ambience of the tent.

Florals & Decor

Something Pretty Floral worked with Madi to create a floral filled day that had people talking for months. The floral lined walkway of the ceremony was beautiful on the ground and even from the sky (see drone photos). The tent's white floral looked beautiful both before and after the sun had set. White roses filled the tables, the tent's hanging installation, and were pretty much in every direction you could see throughout the wedding day and reception.

Wedding Cake

Fancy Cakes by Lauren made the stunning cake which served as the center piece of the tent and was definitely a detail to remember.

Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs

Jordan Kahn Orchestra served as the reception band and created an epic dance party for all the guests. Prewett and Troutt danced to "Set of 2" by Brandon Lake for their first dance song.

Special Detail #1

Night Owl Coffee Cart provided coffee all night long for all of the guests. Their coffee cart had a custom M & G on the front.

Special Detail #2

Madi and Grant's family prayed over the couple during the ceremony. It was a beautiful moment to include during the ceremony.
