The wedding colors were dusty rose, dusty blue, light grey, and ivory with gold accents.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

The inspiration behind this design was to create an intimate wedding celebration that was organic and elegant with romantic fine art touches. We curated each design element to highlight the natural beauty of the château and the region of the Côte d’Azur!

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Alyssa & Aaron are high school sweethearts! They met the summer before their senior year in high school in Princeton, NJ and spent those summer months sneaking out past their curfew to be together. As the bride put it “It’s incredible how much we’ve grown as people and as a couple over the past decade. Our life together is only more and more wonderful each year!”.[/field]

Guests were welcomed to the ceremony with lemon and mint flavored water and champagne. During the cocktail hour, they nibbled on an array of passed canapés and sipped on Mexican Time and Paper Plane cocktails, the couple’s signature drinks of choice! Everyone then went on to enjoy a 3-course seated dinner of sea bream tartare, lamb three ways and a “field’s queen biscuit”. As a late night snack, everyone snacked on an assortment macarons and mini croques monsieur!

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The floral design featured impressive pink dahlias (the most beautiful pink blooms the couple has ever seen!), spray roses, sweet peas, roses, lysianthus, dianthus, campanulas and phlox.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The couple deviated from tradition and had a champagne toast and private cake cutting for 2 during their first look! They enjoyed chocolate cake with raspberry cream cake that they took back to their room as a late night snack to cap off the evening![/field]

[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]A live band performed a rendition of “How Long Will I Love You” by Ellie Goulding, as the bride walked down the aisle.

The bride and groom had their first dance to an acoustic version of “Wild Love” by James Bay… there was not a dry eye in the house![/field]
