On the picturesque day of May 22nd, 2022, Jessica and Christopher celebrated their wedding at the enchanting Langdon Hall, nestled amidst the lush Carolinian forest in Cambridge, Ontario. The venue, with its opulent ambiance and breathtaking surroundings, provided the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt nuptials. The entire affair exuded an air of romance and luxury, akin to a fairy tale, leaving an indelible impression on all who attended. What made this wedding unique was the exquisite correlation between the bride’s attire and the reception decor. Jessica’s stunning evening dress, the Tuileries by Monique Lhuillier, was an artistic masterpiece. Its botanical print pique gazar fabric and off-shoulder billowing sleeves exuded a whimsical aura, reminiscent of the Bridgerton era. The iconic Tuileries gown set the tone for the wedding, and the decor and color palette reflected its design, creating a magnificent and unforgettable ambiance with elegant garden vibes. In summary, Jessica and Christopher’s wedding was an unforgettable event that showcased their love in the most romantic setting imaginable. The attention to detail and the unique correlation between the bride’s attire and the reception decor made it an affair to remember for years to come.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Over a decade ago, Christopher and Jessica crossed paths in their university cafeteria over breakfast. She wanted more eggs, he wanted more eggs – they were quick to bond over their large appetite that morning. Little did they know what a wide-reaching effect a moment as simple as a conversation about eggs would have on the rest of their lives. Soon after, their love naturally flourished through their shared interest in food and films, as well as a collaborative biology project late in the academic year that became the start to their inevitable journey together.

Post grad came the hard truth, two love-struck students forced to return to their homes on opposite coasts. Through four subsequent years of long-distance, came lots of late-night facetime calls and virtual movie nights. That is, until Christopher called Jessica on the fateful day of the residency match and said, This is not a joke, I’m going to…Alberta! As their relationship evolved during their time in Alberta, Jessica made the decision to move back to Toronto with Chris. He knew he wanted this to be their forever; on October 18th, 2020, on an extremely rainy day in Muskoka, the sun seemed to break from the clouds when he made it official. Such love stories like this of Jessica and Christopher, tug on our heartstrings and serve as an important reminder that what we do matters and is something we will never take for granted. Part of what we love about our work is the blessing it is to be a part of creating the most memorable day in a couple’s lives together.[/field]
