Refined Romance at Château de Tourreau in Spring

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]The newlyweds wanted a spring design, elegant and romantic while being refined. the castle of Tourreau is one of the most magical places in Provence and it itself imposes a beautiful atmosphere.

This is particularly found on the secular ceremony with beautiful floral touches and a provided arch. It was made in the park of the castle.

On the side of the meal, it was made under a starry sky in front of the castle and the tables were arranged to form a square surrounding the dance floor. The overall atmosphere is intimate and romantic.

We find on the tables a floral decoration in the same tones as the ceremony with mainly roses and gypsophila. The cutlery is gilded and matches the edges of the glasses. The menu is placed in the center of the plate on a linen napkin.[/field]

Langoustine from Bretagne in Kadaif & lime

Brunoise of garden vegetables & almonds with mint & fresh thyme

Zucchini fower stuffed with broccio & vegetable in minestrone style with olive oil

MAIN

Limousin veal filet with broccio Corsican honey & Menton lemon juice

Arugula, seasonal vegetable millefeuille & potato from the garden

Wild Mediterranean sea bass just seared

Seasonal vegetables, candied lemon & basil oil

Eggplant cannelloni with caviar, grilled tofu marinated Japanese style

Summer vegetable millefeuille on almond & pine nut focaccia

A spring spirit in soft, pastel tones. We find in particular white and peach-colored roses, baby’s breath, white carnations and Snapdragons. The overall rendering is very soft.

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]A magnificent Wedding Cake prepared by the talented Catherine from Made in Cake.

As beautiful as it is good, we have worked to pay tribute to it with a beautiful scenography in front of a wall of jasmine. The bride is in love with these flowers.

The initials of the bride and groom have been affixed in golden letters.

The guests were able to enjoy two flavors: lemon sponge cake and raspberry cream.

[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The entrance to the ceremony was made to the soft sound of violins by the Incanto group. A sweet and solemn moment.

During the evening, DJ Thomas Dusseune set the floor on fire with current hits, but also oriental music before a show by Zaffé Libanaise. A great moment with luminous drums.[/field]
