Sofia definitely wanted a modern fairytale-inspired wedding. She has worked as a model for luxury brands such as Chanel and Dior. Elegance and refinement were keywords when it came to creating the design.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Sofia left her appartment at Place Vendôme Paris and they moved in

together in West-London after a few months of dating, where they have been

living now for almost 4 years.

Time for Jan to propose in Paris, the city of love and the favorite place

to be for Sofia. On a warm October night last year after a splendid dinner at

Monsieur Blue with view on the Eiffel Tower, Jan proposed surprisingly on a

night walk along the Seine with the Eiffel Tower midnight lights on the

background.[/field]

The cocktail was perfect, with, of course, champagne served right after the ceremony! The dinner started with a succulent truffled scallop tartare and finished with the most delicious wedding cake.

Pastel colors and Antic pink flowers were chosen. An elegant white un blue design was imagined by Amoro Events for the dinner’s decor.

The wedding cake was created by Les Délices de Gladys and perfectly sublimated byLa Blonde et le Barbu Design flowers.

Sofia and Jan met for the first time in the Gym in 2018 in London, where they both went to have the perfect spirit in the perfect body…And even without his glasses on, Jan saw Sofia’s beautiful blue eyes in a gorgeous silhouette looking at him in the gym room… Sharing the elevator which leads them to the changing room, they discover they both come from the same country, Belgium and even more, the region of Antwerp. This cannot be a coincidence!

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Sofia was born at the Russian border in Ukraine, and arrived in Antwerp

after her parents fled the war at the end of the year 2000 and settled there

to give their children a chance to grow up in peace. Jan’s family originally

comes from the Antwerp area.

When they first met, Sofia worked as a model in London, but still lived in

Paris and Jan worked already a few years in the financial district of London.

On their first date in the restaurant, while waiting for their main course,

Sofia is so nervous she pours so much salt on her bread and butter, that Jan

warns her against the risk of a heart attack![/field]

parks, having a nice dinner in one of London’s famous restaurants and the

new project after the wedding is finishing to restore their new home in West

London. And of course starting a new chapter in their lives.[/field]
