[field title=”The Inspiration”]Spring, horses and short haired brides were the inspiration. We wanted to do something colorful for spring. When I was looking for inspiration I thought about what was around us. There’s a lot of stables by the wedding venue. The horse then inspired the place card design and we used that design though out the whole wedding. The horse then gave me a story line of putting a wedding together for a couple who met at the stables. Most brides have long hair or those who have short hair feel like they need to get extensions on their wedding day and I just felt that we needed to represent the short haired brides. [/field]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”]Plum, lavender, blush and pearl white[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]The dress is two looks in one. We have the elegant look with the sleeves as you walk down the aisle and when you are ready to dance, you can take off the sleeves and have a sweetheart dress. [/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]We wanted to do a play on colors and patterns. It’s bright, but we used dark plum to give it a nice contrast. It’s bold and flirty meets classic and timeless. [/field]
[field title=”Favorite Design Element”]The fabric place cards with the custom horse graphic design. This graphic was then used on the wedding cake and the dance floor was custom wrapped in this design as well. We also used pearls as a fun detail. You will see the pearls in the brides hair, in the Chanel sunglasses, Jimmy Choo shoes and the napkin rings![/field]
[field title=”Tips To Pull Off The Look”]When getting inspiration for a look you will get a million ideas. You will often like something that could be boho, glam or maybe something minimalist. When you like things from different styles it is important to marry them all together to get a cohesive look and remembering that all these things don’t have to stand out in big moments. Just because something is subtle doesn’t mean it doesn’t show in big ways. It’s good to find that balance. Find inspiration on how you met as a couple and find inspiration on what you like as a couple. This will make your design unique to you and your guests can really experience you as a couple for the day.[/field]
