Tortelli pasta stuffed with ricotta, thyme and marjoram with Parmigiano zabaglione
and
Risotto Carnaroli with red bell peppers cream, Burrata foam and crunchy pistachios
as first couses.
Beef fillet with Brunello di Montalcino wine sauce served with Vegetable ratatouille and
Sage roasted potatoes as main course.
For the vegetarian guests, Eggplant parmesan on tomato coulis with extra virgin olive oil
was served.
They also served the following wines:

Chianti Classico DOCG Ormanni

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The flowers decors were made with Roses, Spary roses, English roses, Astilbe, Eucalyptus., Delphinium, Blue eryngos. They have been used both for the bridal bouquet, the ceremony decor and the reception decors.[/field]

It was a traditional Italian Millefoglie with Chantilly cream, almonds brittle and mixed berries on top

We found out we were pregnant with a baby girl a few days after our wedding while on our honey moon in Lake Como
For my something borrowed I included my grandmothers wedding song on our dinner playlist. I wanted to make sure she was still apart of my wedding day even though she could not make the travel to Italy!”[/field]
